Industrial Revolution Inventors
- Inventor of the Week
Archive - This is a VERY GOOD SITE, one of
the best that I found for inventors, but sometimes it doesn't work, so you
might need to try again later.
- Cotton Times - An
alphabetical list with many people who were important in the Industrial
Revolution. Most only have a sentence or two, but some have a LINK to a page
that usually has good information. Look for the links
-
Enchanted Learning (inventors)- This site has LOTS of information, and is
written for students, but usually has just a sentence or two, or a paragraph
about each person.
- Famous Inventors
A-Z at About.com -Lots of information, some long articles some short, links
to more pages on this site and others. Finding where you are is sometimes
confusing and there seem to be links to pages that you're already on, or
several pages that are almost identical. There are pop ups and ads on this
site.

picture.
